I have been taking my dog to be groomed here for over a year and have been happy. After today I am not going back because they did such a horrible job on my dog. It is going to take three months for his coat to get back into shape. Instead of trimming him according to the way he had been trimmed they did it completely different. He had a long tail and they just hacked on it so it was uneven and cut off several inches. His ears are long and instead of just trimming the bottom they cut completely around the ear -- couldn't they tell from they way it had been done in the past that that was not correct. His ears were still dirty inside. I called and complained they said I could bring him back and they would "fix" it. But, there is no fixing it now -- it has to grow out. Very disappointed and now I have to find a new groomer. They are also raising their prices in Feb. I already pay almost $60. Looks like they have new groomers and the one I had before who I liked is gone.
