I've had years coming to this location. Today, was the worst experience ever. First , off they didn't put a sign on the bevereage machine that said no ice. They didn't offer anything to me for my inconvenience. However, the lady infront of me got a cold beverege without paying extra. When I asked for the same I was charged extra. Giovanni . the manager at this site told me that i shouldn't of asked and may be i could of gotten the same. I told him I was going straight to coporate then he began to tell me that I was raising my voice and go ahead and call them. Where does anyone get treared like that. No where. I will be stopping by the coporate office first thing Monday. Hope the customer enjoyed her meal. I sure didnt.
