I’ve given this whataburger many chances because it’s so close to my house but today was the last straw. The employees are rude, sarcastic, and super unhappy. The food is never how we ask for it and today was the worst. We asked for a burger without cheese and nonetheless cheese with the rest of the burger all just thrown together. Asked for root beer and got what tasted like cherry coke.. asked for gravy didn’t get gravy. We asked for the right order and upon receiving the new bag the fries were all at the bottom of the bag just thrown in. Super disappointed in this place. That’s not the Texas whataburger I know.

Waited 10 on drive thru line and it never moved. Then, I parked and went inside to place my order. Waited another 10 minutes until i realized there were 4 others still waiting for their order that had already ordered before me. I decided to cancel and the lady told me it was a good decision since one of her cooks had walked out... she should've given us a heads up when we got there and let us decide whether we'll wait or not.
