HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...!!!!! I have never left a review about a business before, but my experience was so bad , I just had to. I Went to this place back in July, the first week of July to be exact. I wanted my eyelashes curled.. I was traveling the next day, and I thought I was not going to make it to my flight because of the after effects of the procedure. My eyes were so red, swollen and in so much pain that I couldn't sleep all night. They were red for days and up to this day my eyes are very sensitive, they get watery even with a soft breeze. Until I had this treatment my eyes had never suffered any sort of problems. The perm was supposed to last from 3 to six months but even though I took care of my eyelashes it only lasted for 2 weeks. After the two weeks they got all messy, going in all directions and they are still all over the place. It's embarrassing and to add to it all, I have lost more than half of my eyelashes,, in one eye they're almost gone. I feel very upset about what's happened and I want to cry every time I see my eyelashes. I always had beautiful and long eyelashes and I wanted to curl them so I didn't have to put mascara on them and damage them... this turned out very wrong! When the lady was done with my eyelashes, I noticed the bottom ones were all crooked. I asked her why they looked like that..!? She said it was because of the tape they use, .... YEAH ..! She put the tape on top of my bottom eyelashes while she was applying the perm, they remained like that for over a month. My eyelashes looked burnt and a bunch of them fell out also. In conclusion I would like to add that to this day my eyelashes are suffering the consequences of this horrible experience and I will never return to this place.
