Image for illustration purposes- Advertisement -EDINBURG, Texas – The RGV community stepped up in a big way last week, offering to foster more than 250 pets in the days leading up to a PVAS shelter evacuation that was required to perform mold remediation. Our Trenton Center, built in 1974, had developed a large area of mold, and keeping our pets and our staff in the building had potential to be harmful to their health.
