A native to the RGV, Jamie, husband Pablo and two children (Nyla and Joseph) live in Jamie Brown Rosas welcomed as newest Board Member at Quinta Mazatlán McAllen. She is the daughter of community philanthropists, Dora and Joe Brown. Jamie received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, a minor in Spanish at Texas State University and her master's degree in Higher Education Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.
