Summer is a great time to get your health in order, including getting those preventive screenings that you put off in the earlier part of the year. To help you get healthy and stay healthy, South Texas Health System will be hosting its Healthy Summer Screening Series at three of its freestanding emergency departments throughout June and July. The free screenings include blood pressure checks, Body Mass Index (BMI) screenings, glucometer checks, as well as important information on recommended screenings for men and women.
